Interesting doll made in Spain that needs further identification. Is it a gypsy, a flamenco dancer? Anyway, it's a well made Spanish doll. I'm pretty sure she's not by Klumpe, Roldan, Nistis and such but that's all I can tell you. Made of felt over a wire frame. The right hand is attached to the skirt as if she is holding it up while dancing. Looking at the print on the fabrics used for her skirt she could be dating from the 1960's. The whites of her costume have yellowed a bit with age. And there is one little moth hole in the felt at the back near the edge of the yellow blouse. She needs help to stand on her own. Stand not included.
