Due to the worldwide Covid-19 pandemic delivery of your order could take longer than normal, depending on the circumstances in your country. We ship on time but we have no control over what happens during transit.

We offer DHL Standard shipping for certain European destinations with track & trace included. If your country is not listed in the overview below then DHL is not available for you and PostNL will be the only shipping option. If you are resident in the Netherlands domestic tariff applies. 14 Days return period
You have a cancellation period of 14 calendar days after receiving the order. You have the right to return products within this period without giving reasons.
Send something back
The item must be sent back in the same condition as it was in when it left the Poppentopper shop. Sending an item back is your own responsibility and postage is fully at your expense. Keep the track & trace information of your shipment in your administration until you get a confirmation from poppentopper.com that your return has been received and processed. Please note that it can take some time for the return to reach us.
When possible repack the merchandise in its original packaging. If you don't have the original packaging then use a sturdy box with enough protective filling material to prevent damage during transport. Enclose a copy of the original invoice or packing slip in the box, indicating which item you are returning. You should at least mention your order number. A written explanation of why the merchandise is being returned is not obligatory but we appreciate a personal note, especially when it helps to improve our service.
Once we receive your return we will process it in 1-3 business days. We will pay you back in the same way you paid for the items. When you send the entire order back we will refund the cost of the goods plus the initial cost of shipping the goods to you. In case of returning partial orders we only refund the cost of the goods. You always pay postage for the return, this will not be refunded.
Damaged, incorrect or missing items
Items damaged during shipping or something else you believe is wrong? Let us know immediately. Do not send anything without contacting us first and wait for instructions. In some cases a picture may be required.
