This doll is part of a series of more than 100 dolls, all dressed differently in authentic Dutch regional costumes, often carrying little attributes like baskets, flowers and so on. They are standing on their own brown plastic or wooden nameplates. It is a fantastic series and it is not easy to find them all.
This Dutch doll is wearing daily working dress from Raalte in the Overijssel province in The Netherlands (Holland). White underskirt with red stripes. She is a plastic doll with eyes that open and close, standing on a thin plastic nameplate marked 'Raalte'.
