Pretty Santon doll from the Provence region in France representing a lavender cutter. A woman harvesting lavender, holding up her apron filled with branches of real dried lavender in one hand and a sickle (cutting tool) in the other. She is made of clay, her arms and legs are partly made of wire to make them bend. Signed 'J.P. Marinacci, Gréoux, H 04 H' under her stand.
