This doll is part of a series of more than 100 dolls, all dressed differently in authentic dutch regional costumes, often carrying little atrributes like baskets, flowers and so on. They are standing on their own brown plastic or wooden nameplates. It is a fantastic series and it is not easy to find them all.
This doll is dressed in traditional costume of the town of Laren in the Noord Holland province. It is a plastic doll with eyes that open and close, missing her nameplate. She is wearing a blue underskirt. Velvet bag and a lace square cap. Some stains on the back of the clothes, fine otherwise. Stand not included.
