This is a colorful and shiny South American doll from Brazil. A carnival dancer dressed in a skirt made of 4 layers of tulle fabric and metallic ribbon. Her top is made of the same materials. A plain white wired cotton underskirt gives it shape. A ribbon attached to the waist tells us she is from the surroundings of Pao de Acúcar or Sugarloaf Mountain in Rio de Janeiro. Movable arms only. Standing on a piece of wood.
