Chola doll from Bolivia in South America. Chola is the Bolivian name referring to a mestizo (mixed race) woman dressed wearing traditional clothing. She is made of stuffed cloth over wire and carries a baby on her back and a spindle in her hands. The underskirt is printed with the text: 'Molinos La Paz - Cocha, Peso 45.36 Kilos, Industria Bolivian'. She needs help to stand on her own (stand not included). The wooden spindle is broken but it can easily be replaced as it is a toothpick, we leave that up to you. The doll is fine otherwise.
