General Terms and Conditions

Our general terms and conditions are binding with the sending of your order.
All items sold by are vintage, most of them previously owned. This means some products can have minor defects or flaws. Descriptions are as accurate as possible and tell you the exact condition the item is in. If you still have questions or need extra information feel free to contact by email. All information on this site is provided to the best of knowledge but no warranty is given as to its accuracy or completeness.
All prices shown are in US Dollars (primary) as well as in Euro's (secundary). prefers Paypal for all transactions worldwide. Money orders, cheques and cash payments are not accepted under any circumstances. Customers who are located in The Netherlands and the rest of the European SEPA countries also have the option to pay by internatioal banktransfer at no extra cost, they must pay in Euro and will receive an invoice in a seperate email shortly after placing the order.
Packaging treats your purchase with the greatest care and uses recycled packing materials to spare the environment and save on cost. Allthough she always packs well cannot be held responsible for what happens during transport.

Shipping ships worldwide using PostNL Registered Parcel service. Orders will be shipped within 1-3 working days after payment is received. You will receive an email that confirms the item has been shipped, you will also be provided with the barcode (trackingnr) so you can follow the status of your parcel online.
All sales are final. Returns are accepted if the item was not exactly as described. Please request a refund by email within 3 days after receipt of the item. It should be mailed back in the same condition as it was in when it left the Poppentopper shop. Note that sending an item back is the responsibility of the purchaser and that postage is fully at his or hers expense.
Return instructions:
Repack the merchandise in its original packaging.
Enclose a copy of the original invoice, indicating what item you are returning.
Provide a written explanation of why the merchandise is being returned.
Refunds - that means the cost of the goods and the initial cost of shipping the goods to you - will be given in the same method as the original payment was made.
Products damaged during shipping or lost in the mail? Concact immediately and you will be instructed on what to do. A photo of the damaged item may be required.
Privacy respects your privacy and will only use personal information for processing and despatching your order and/or sending you our newsletter. You have the option to end your newsletter subscription at any time. When you make a purchase from the website (including orders placed by email or contact form) we may collect your name, billing and delivery postal address, phone and e-mail details. We will not disclose personal information to any third party.
Use of the Website
You may solely use, download and print content on this website for personal use. You may not copy, reproduce or use any content on the website for commercial purposes whatsoever without prior written consent.
